How do we communicate day -to-day?
Most communication happens through email or a shared chat channel (e.g. WhatsApp, or Teams — depending on your preference). Regular check-ins are also scheduled to review priorities and progress.

How do I assign new tasks?
You can send tasks via email or your chosen platform. Please include as much detail as possible — deadlines, formatting preferences, and any relevant documents.

How quickly can tasks be completed?
Turnaround times depend on the task size and current workload. For small admin tasks, completion is usually within 24–48 hours. Larger projects will be discussed and scheduled in advance.

How do I receive invoices?
Invoices are emailed directly and payable within 14 days by bank transfer (details are included on the invoice).

Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required — payment is due only after work has been completed as per the terms in your agreement

Can I provide feedback or request adjustments?
Yes! We actually encourage it. We usually schedule a check-in within the first few days to ensure everything’s running smoothly and make any needed adjustments
